Tell the world what the Lord has done for you. Magnify His name for the wonderful things He has made to happen to you. David says in the Psalms:
"O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together." Psalms 34:3 KJV
This is also a chance for you to give thanks to the Lord. David says in Psalm 69:30 "I will praise God's name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving."

Psalm 99:5 Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his footstool; he is holy.
Psalm 107:32 Let them exalt him in the assembly of the people and praise him in the council of the elders.

Praise be to the Lord God for everything that happens. Everything that is today, must have began at a period in the time past and it must have undergone some difficulties growing with time. But due to determination of the ones who are for such a thing, it stays as long as the persons are determined for it to stay. That thus means that everything that exists continuasly meets challenges. Thus far the Lord has brought us we should never fail to thank Him. God bless
